VECTOR Decision Engine is a next-generation capability focused on real-time interpretation, correlation, and visualization of fragmented data in high-risk operational environments.

What VECTOR Decision Engine Does

Operational environments do not present clean data.
They present incomplete signals, conflicting inputs, and time-critical decisions under pressure.

VECTOR Decision Engine is designed to assist operators by transforming dispersed data into coherent, actionable insight, without replacing human judgment or authority.

What VECTOR Is

VECTOR is a decision support capability that:

  • Aggregates multiple data inputs (sensor and manual)
  • Correlates signals into interpretable patterns
  • Presents prioritized insights in real time
  • Supports operator-driven decision-making under time constraints

VECTOR is designed for environments where:

  • Data is incomplete or delayed
  • Conditions are rapidly changing
  • Decisions must be made with limited visibility

What VECTOR Is Not

VECTOR does not:

  • Make autonomous decisions
  • Replace command authority
  • Execute actions
  • Override human judgment

All outputs are advisory and require human validation.


Current Status

  • Submitted under U.S. Army SBIR Phase I
  • Focused on CBRN operational scenarios
  • Prototype architecture and concept of operations established
  • Initial visualization and correlation models defined

VECTOR remains in early-stage development pending evaluation outcomes.
